I had the great pleasure of creating the cover for the standalone edition of Jacek Dukaj’s The Eye of the Monster.
The retrofuturistic atmosphere of this story felt incredibly refreshing to me - I had a lot of fun immersing myself in this world and searching for its visual language.
The biggest challenge was creating a space where nothing is quite as it should be - a world that presents itself as a kind of mechatronic body horror.
